Saturday of Easter Week--Barrio

The keeper finally got home about 12 hours after she left. She and her friend F went out to celebrate the end of the retreat they worked on through March and he introduced her to a great new hot spot on 12th Ave.--Barrio. Pacific NW fusion Mexican food...

They had chilaquiles and pollo adobo with mole and she had the biggest jar of agua fresca with melon, cucumber and poblano chile, and of course there were choorros and Mexican chocolate fondue for dessert! Not a lot of money either! The place was packed and the ambience was incredible. A wall of lit candles, in fact, candles everywhere! A find!
