We all got to stay out with the keeper until the raccoons started crawling over the fence at 10.

Into the North Woods across the street from the cottage

Camino to escape the heat, even in the morning today, 

was shorter than usual.

But it still proved appropriately surprising.

Window Washing Day

Then keeper decided she couldn’t spend the whole day reading, so decided to wash the outside windows, which she has been thinking about doing for several years now.

We supervised.

She could only finish the back yard ones, but that’s okay with us. 

They look great.

The Beautiful Hot Sunday Walk

The keeper was excited to test out her new Brooks shoes.

Saturday’s Delights

This year we planted the sunflowers earlier enough and added a little Miracle- Gro!

The keeper learned how to make a strawberry rhubarb crisp and of course had to embellish it with orange peel and cranberries.We didn’t think it was too interesting, But now she thinks she is ready for that British baking show!

and an old Red Flyer—free to a good home.
