The keeper works with a young woman who works with youth. This young woman is heading to Dallas and hopes to spend time with a certain young man. She wanted to wear a dress to church there. She is not known for dress wearing. She brought a fluffy blouse and a skirt which she brought for the occasion and showed the keeper, who couldn't believe that she chose ruffles.
