It's hard to believe that two hours later the skies cleared and the sun poured down on us. More time on the leashes outdoors. Tonight the canal is like glass and the clouds on the horizon are all pink and frothy. We were visited by deer while the keeper was out. We also think there is a mouse stuck in some crevice. We heard squealing, but neither of us wanted to investigate. We are not working cats, and besides this is a vacation.
