These are not the treats the keeper brought us from her visit to her dentist in Madison Park. These are treats for the Solanus Casey Center. She thinks the world of this dentist, and loves to visit with him because they talk about their pets and about politics. They had a lot to talk about today. Both were cheery and relieved about the elections. Then they had a long conversation about pet dentistry. He is not in favor of dental work for pets if they have to undergo anesthesia ---only in the event of an infection. He thinks the anesthesia is risky. His pets do not have their teeth done. Well, we have been having this discussion at home because our vet keeps sending us reminders that our dental cleanings are overdue--and they always include anesthesia. We may never have to do that again! Thank you, Dr. T!
