They ended the day in the pouring rain in the Centro of Puebla seeing the city lit up, albeit dripping.
They landed at a restaurant which was a cavelike structure which had been the home of the bacon factory. Now it was a fascinating space. They had very fine wine and tapas including gula, tiny wormlike eel, and toured the arched private area which long ago had housed the pigs on the second floor and the workers in the top floor. The China Poblana also greeted them.
