A Camaroonian Dinner

After Vespers the keeper joined up with a friend from many years ago, his wife, her mother and two other friends for a traditional Camaroonian dinner...cassava root with endole, a leafy plant kind of like spinach only bitter which gets cooked till the bitterness gets out, potatoes and shrimp with good French wine. A wonderful evening sharing stories of ecclesial politics and more. The end ole actually came from Camaroon!
