She left us with our bowls of food to meet two friends at Pomodoro. Luckily she knows the owner and they got an early seating, but as they left a horde of people waited for the chance of a seat. Good conversation, great food, and a good beginning to the New Year's Eve festivities. Meanwhile, we have the cottage to ourselves. Who knows what kind of party we will be throwing, and we won't be telling either!!!
