A Pilgrim People

They journeyed quietly to the gym, everyone helped bring out chairs, and they tried again. The
noon Mass ended at 2:20. And everyone was quiet, patient and grateful. The keeper was able to pitch her appeal for the most vulnerable in a unique way and spoke about their 1/2 hour of solidarity with those freezing in their cars, without heat, or warm food. She thinks they really got it! We asked her if she wondered how many non-Latino communities would have been so patient.  She did not answer us.
