The Ubiquity of Divine Mercy

We understand that this was Divine Mercy Sunday, which seems to have taken precedence over the incredible story of Thomas the Doubter and the Risen Christ. The keeper thought that story had enough weight to carry the weekend. The keeper could not avoid the reminders of this new devotion everywhere she went.  Even the cathedral had an event for it and the intercessory prayers kept referring to it.  We reminded her that the Church is a big tent. She sighed.
