On Easter Sunday the cherry tree in front of the kitchen burst into bloom. Alice started sneezing wildly.
The keeper came back from the cathedral where she thought there were at least 2000 people for the 10 AM liturgy and was all hyped up over having seen old friends, and been swept up in the festivities.
We prepared ourselves for the dinner party later. She forgot to put on our bows, though. We didn't remind her either.
