Tonight the clouds were as pink as the cherry blossoms before the sunset. It was a nice and quiet ending to a very long week, which the keeper said not only stretched her patience, but also her endurance, her kindness, and her capacity for hope. She said tonight's homily on one of her favorite Gospels included words from one of her favorite poets, about allowing the Risen One to "easter in us, be a dayspring to the dimness of us. . ." She really liked it and found it very consoling.
