Friday Camino

Honestly, we have no idea what she does after she leaves us each morning.
It's a little abstract for us.
Before she came home last night
she had been a witness at  an alternative sentencing court at the Juvenile Justice Center.
A young man who had committed a senseless crime had worked through a rigorous
peacemaking Circle with his family and the family of the victim.
His case was dismissed and now he will go on to work with troubled youth and to serve in the Peacemaking Circles.

When she got home, she took a short camino through the neighborhood.

Clearly, we have some interesting neighbors.
We wonder if the caftan belonged to a deceased love one in that family.

The milk thistles in the neighbors' yard are blooming.
