Yesterday afternoon Suzy and I headed to Seattle Center for the Czech opera, Katya Kavanova.
But we made some stops--the Irish Cultural Festival was taking place at the Armory.
We shopped for scarves and looked at jewelry.
Then there was El Agave for Mexican food.
Finally, we got to McCaw Hall for the pre-opera lecture and the opera.
The lecture was very helpful, and the opera was quite good.
In each spot we ran into people we knew...Seattle really is a small town.
