Summer Sunday

Well, did we luck out today! The keeper left early for the Cathedral and then was supposed to end up in Bellevue for more church. She had a wonderful time at the Cathedral this morning, wonderful liturgy, great conversations, connections with friends from days of yore. She reluctantly headed to Bellevue, but totally forgot about the I 90 Bridge closure for SeaFair.  So, by the time she got to 520, Bellevue Spanish Mass was almost over, and there was a crowd trying to use the bridge for a change. So, she came home, let us go out and lie around in the sun while she read her newspapers in the sun with us. We reminded her that this is what life is all about. Her brother may be right...she should consider retirement. She is afraid of Alzheimer's, we think.
