Today the keeper left us with the house cleaner and the unfinished deck and headed to West Seattle to celebrate 920 years of vowed religious life lived by 12 very inspiring women. She had two friends celebrating today, B and J. This order of sisters is responsible for the keeper's dogged persistence to push the People of God to live out their mission. They pushed her to use her own God-given gifts, whether the institution accepts them or not. She is eternally grateful for their courage, spirit of adventure and prophecy.
