Chaos

The keeper spent the afternoon at home trying to organize her life.  We got to spend the afternoon outside, thank God. We understand that she is juggling quite a few projects and trying to reach a least some midpoints with them all before the inauguration. We tried to count what was on her plate..letters to immigration judges, more mail, reports, annulments, syllabi and class plans for SU, a retreat for a parish, a talk for her parish, some travel strategies, a changed credit card, and the most important task of all--figuring out which clothes she will need for her New England adventure. It's amazing how much she can accomplish with too much coffee. How do you spell m-a-n-i-c? We are happy she stopped to prepare a nice multicultural dinner from last night's Italian leftovers, the remainder of the salmon, bok choy, and a lovely salad which you can see on the floor next to THE invitation. Now we are all watching East of Eden and making lists.
