It's Rev. Dr. MLK, Jr's birthday observed today and it is 64 degrees on our front porch!
The keeper is letting us take advantage of it, and she even came out to sit in her normal summer sunning spot but came in quickly because the wind picked up. Yes, we are still in the retreat mode here, and we are living like monastery cats. We like it. It's very quiet, and the keeper is here, sitting, not running like a nut around the house. We sit with her and are continuing to be quiet too. We think it was a harder day for her today. She paced. But tonight will be quiet. No tv. Just all of us together.
