A Few Bags of Loot
Tonight I waited again for my dinner. And eventually the keeper came home laden with bargains. It seems that she and a friend had been plotting this adventure since last year. U Village has a huge sale and the keeper's favorite store sells her favorite clothes (which frankly, I think are sometimes odd) at huge discounts. So they leapt into the crowd,which seemed to disperse upon their arrival, and they got dressing rooms and advice on how to wear some of the strange things.
She came home with bags and I finally got to eat. She had already dined. So I ate alone.
