The Feast of Corpus Christi sends people out to the street processing.
When the keeper arrived at St. James today, she found this little reminder as she made her way from the parking lot to the Cathedral. It reminded her of those migrants who make their way across the desert in the blazing heat.
They processed around the block without incident. The keeper liked walking behind some of the men's choir.
They concluded with Benediction with smoke and bagpipes.
