Tonight the keeper left us for a funeral.
There have been way too any over the past weeks.
This funeral was for Ukulele Mike, who died suddenly.
He and his wife C had led music at CK Church
for a long while.
The church was packed.
The keeper preached, the choir filled the regular music area and the side aisles.
They had drums, piano, guitars, accordion, recorder, and more.
It was a great banquet of love and hope.
They really did church tonight.
The reception in the gym turned into a Hootenanny, with songbooks!
