For those of you who know her, the keeper's big disappointment (okay, maybe not THE biggest) in life was being overlooked in the Search for the Best Dressed College Girl in America. It just made her love fashion all the more. Today she found an artist who loves design and shape and texture and she loved his commitment of dressing the human body in very interesting ways.
