Not long ago the keeper noticed yet another construction or demolition ind of project happening behind the Frye Museum. She couldn't remember if there had been a house in the
almost vacant lot. But the large cupcake pile of dirt topped with asphalt and a light pole is an art installation that speaks of the regrades in Seattle.
