Several blocks into the caminata, the keeper encountered a 96 year old neighbor who had fallen on her long daily caminata. The keeper and some other people who had been driving by jept her warm and talking until all the aid people arrived and took her to the hospital. The fire, police, medics were all very pastoral.
96 years old! Still tromping the old neighborhood! The keeper wondered if she would still be able to do that a few decades from now.
