The keeper used to spend her Christmas breaks in San Diego with her mom. She loved taking walks on New Years in shorts with sun warming her face as she looked in to the canyons. Today was not that warm, but it hit 55 in our neighborhood and the mountains were glistening with their new snow. A good beginning. But the flower bulbs are a little too anxious to start blooming, we think.
