Day of Contrasting Choices

This morning the keeper and Suzy made a little foray into the shopping district nearby. The keeper had been eying a few items of not so haute couture, but never ad time to stop. So they went in, and the shopping prize did not go to the keeper, although I hear she will be bringing home some Paris fashion that looks a lot like her Seattle fashion, only the label says Paris.
Now, I call this a day of contrasts because the keeper and the other two took separate journeys today.
The keeper kept on shopping all over the arrondissements, logging over 12 miles on foot, and the two other travelers took a more noble route...by train, to Chartres. They all returned home happy.
