Tonight we observed her trying to create the new winter salad. She and a friend had really liked the shaved kale number a few weeks ago at Piatti. So, guess what she is trying to replicate...?
She has decided it needs a few more tries. It's ok for a first try, but needs a bit less sweetness.
Don't forget the fancy rectangular plate.
