Fine Dining

After their second Mass for the day, the enjoyed a very fun and delicious meal 

with a great table.

Deacon Convocation

The keeper presented last night and today was PB and SP's turn.

They both dazzled the house today.

The Shore

I am with a pet sitter named Julie. Very nice person.

The keeper is in Ocean Shores with PB and SP.

They are the keynoters for the Deacon Convocation.

And of all things, they are staying at the Polynesian!

The keeper hasn't stayed in an Ocean Shores hotel for 20 some years! 

Nice view. And maid service! 

There Goes the Neighborhood

It has already started.  The biggest kid down the hill emptied out his storage units and started to put up his decor.

The neighborhood boys were eager assistants. 

It's pretty awful.

Transitions

It's all changing, and while I admired it all from my indoor perch,

the keeper explored the changing neighborhood. Fall is nice when the sun is out.

Two Realities

After work the keeper ran over to the sacristy to chat with the sacristan.  

She parked behind this van.  They obviously do not agree with David Brooks.

Later she met MKD at a very favorite spot for a little Mediterranean 

cuisune and great conversation about  politics, family, and death.

Debate--Not Really.

We are a bit behind the times on this blog.  

It's not that I don't try. 

It's that the keeper is just too busy.

We did watch the Monday debate.  She was in her car, though.

We both agreed that it was a very one sided night  and we both agree on the winner.
