Seeing an Old Friend
Natch came to preside at liturgies last Sunday at the Cathedral. They were very happy to see him, including Rosanne.

Another night out!
She is becoming more adventurous, and trusting us alone.
Tonight she left us with our dishes full of fish, and had dinner with Steve and Carol and Phil.
The Keeper’s Other Life
The keeper now has a little side gig. So once again we have the house to ourselves two days/week. The other day the store sandwich board caught a rainbow!
Opening Night!
The keeper and her friends bought season tickets to the Paramount so they could see Hanmilton.
They bought the tickets in Fall 2019.
On Tuesday, 2 years later, they went to Opening Night of the 50th Anniversary performance of Jesus Christ Superstar. It seemed louder than it did 50 years ago.
They will see Hamilton almost three years after they bought their tickets!!!

We Are Getting Into Autumn
She wouldn’t turn on the heat until October 1.
We had to huddle.
Outdoors things are changing.
The changes are actually enchanting.

How Can It Be September Already?
The chickens are coming home to roost!
We have moved our afternoon naps indoors.
Our beautiful dahlias, gift from a neighbor, are in bloom.
And so are the pumpkins!
How Can it Be September Already?
We wish we could capture that blackberry fragrance mixed with a little dust and a little chill in the evening air!
